KDE tool bar volume


this is gonna sound dumb, but ....Im use to Gnome, and when i tried to use KDE, there was no volume control in my tool bar. Does anyone know how i can get it there?

In kmix ...

->Settings -> Configure KMix -> Check "Dock into panel"

Then seems like I just closed the window and the applet stayed in the panel. That way it's there when I log back in.

At least that's how I set it up IIRC.
