Hi, I wanted to install winex on my newly installed fc5 and i got some help from webpages by searching in google but after following all the steps correctly it still did not work! When installing it tells me that it cannot configure the regapi due to permission restrictions though i am logged on as root. Did anyone make winex work in fc5?

P.S: I installed the official version of winehq for FC5 in another machine and this one works but not all apps will run.

Ok here is the error message i am getting:

[root@Fedora /]# cvswinex

Anyone knows how to get that working?

Ok got it working by running this command:

setenforce 0

but now i am having a problem when trying to run an app... here it is:

wine: exists lstat socket : No such file or directory

Can Someone please help??? Am getting Frustrated over here!!!
