I can't install fedora 3 using GUI

Hello All

I downloaded fedora 3 and i can't install it uisng the GUI options, my screen goes nuts, it displays all different kinds of colors, and i have to reboot.

Im pretty sure i can install it using the text version or command line, but i would like to be able to use GUI. You know and i want to use KDE or Gnome

Im running Redhat 9 right now and it runs well even the GUI.

Does anybody know what the problem could be?

Thanks

What are your system specs? I've had this trouble before with a monitor that didn't work "out of the box."

Are you getting an actual error message or does your screen just go flaky?

This may seem overly simple, but have you checked to make sure the boot cd matches up with the Md sums?

I have heard some problems with 810 intel chip sets with FC3. (dunno if this applys to you) Some solutions I heard of were to just install with text mode, and then set add to you /etc/X11/xorg.conf file

Code:
Option "noaccel"
under where it lists your video card
