FC2 as FTP Server.....

Any suggestions, no-no's or advise on using a Fedora Core 2 box as an FTP server?
Alll I need this box for is for people to drop files and for internal users to pick them up, security is an issue but not that big......speed and reliability is a issue, I only have a 128Kb diginet line for all my external traffic and have around 100 users.........

Ok, I got it to work and actually had someone upload stuff but now I need help configuring it to do all kinds of stuff for e.g. permissions for users to upload only and then another account for downloading only?

Is there a graphic tool that can make this easier for me that I can use with Fedora 2???

I have tried wemin and didn't like it to much, maybe it is because I do not take the time to read the How to manuals because time is bit short on this side, so maybe I just don't know it.
If you have any other suggestions for e.g. GProFTPd, was a good one but I think it only works with ProFTPd?
What does Fedora 2 use, is it apache?
