Blue and White Power Macintosh G3 will not boot from Fedora 10 CD

Hi!

I got a Blue and white Power Macintosh g3 a while ago and have been trying to get it up and running. I have been attempting to install Fedora 10 but it won't boot from the CD. It just pops up this folder with a happy mac face and then a question mark. I have tried holding down "c" and "cmd+opt+shift+delete" but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be great!

I'm not at all sure of my ground here, but I have a feeling that stuff designed to boot a PC won't boot a mac

I am pretty sure that I downloaded the PPC version. Anyway, it says ppc when you look at the file name...
