Hi.
Sorry but I can't find the answer anywhere, but then again I don't really know where to look..
I have a server, Fedora Core 4. PHP 5.0.x, MySQL 4 Apache 2.
I have now 2 commercial sites on my server, and (oh yeah, I live in the UK) all my £ (GB Pound) signs are not showing.. They are being replaced by ? question marks.
(I would give a url with an example, but I have a msg at the top of the screen that it'll get block as I have less than 5 posts.)
I don't really know where to start looking.
Any got any ideas???
(By the way, I've used the forum to fix other stuff.. Great site!!!!!!!!!!!!)
You need to make sure that the font the website specifies includes the pound character in it. Otherwise if a character code is specified for a character not there..you will get a question mark or a box.
So you may try changing the site font, and if nothing works, you could always create a picture of it and put it on the website....but that would be a MAJOR pain.
