vsftpd error (or its me?)

ive just compiled vsftpd from source (soun't asc why[apt-get was fuc*t up])
so im trying to connecet to server and it seems like i can connect only with thouse who the install of the debian created such as "root"
but not thouse who i created like that:
useradd blah
passwd
.......

I can't figure out the problem
any body has an idea?

and it seems like all the users are chrooted
but i did enable chroot and i addet "root"
to none chrooted list of users
i may think that its the problem of the ftp user right now it runs on "nobody"
like this:
nopriv_user=nobody
and chroot option:
# You may specify an explicit list of local users to chroot() to their home
# directory. If chroot_local_user is YES, then this list becomes a list of
# users to NOT chroot().
chroot_list_enable=YES
# (default follows)
chroot_list_file=/etc/vsftpd.chroot_list
#
vsftpd.log:
Sat Sep 17 00:53:04 2005 [pid 2664] [root] OK LOGIN: Client "192.168.0.2"
Sat Sep 17 00:53:17 2005 [pid 2668] CONNECT: Client "192.168.0.2"

Sat Sep 17 00:53:28 2005 [pid 2670] CONNECT: Client "192.168.0.2"
