You want the security updates. On my (English) system, I have:
deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates main
deb-src http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates main.
You'll need to find the Greek equivalent.

I also have in my list an extra repo called ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/stretch-updates main, but I don't know if that's necessary.

The default sources.list for net install looks like this [for me in the UK]:

Code:
#deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 9.0.0 _Stretch_ - Official amd64 NETINST 20170617-13:06]/ stretch main

#deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 9.0.0 _Stretch_ - Official amd64 NETINST 20170617-13:06]/ stretch main

deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ stretch main
deb-src http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ stretch main

deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates main
deb-src http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates main

# stretch-updates, previously known as 'volatile'
deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ stretch-updates main
deb-src http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ stretch-updates main
Though I would recommend commenting out the -src repos, adding contrib and non-free options and adding backports:

Code:
#deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 9.0.0 _Stretch_ - Official amd64 NETINST 20170617-13:06]/ stretch main

#deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 9.0.0 _Stretch_ - Official amd64 NETINST 20170617-13:06]/ stretch main

deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ stretch main contrib non-free
#deb-src http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ stretch main

deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates main contrib non-free
#deb-src http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates main

# stretch-updates, previously known as 'volatile'
deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ stretch-updates main contrib non-free
#deb-src http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ stretch-updates main

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian stretch-backports main contrib non-free
