dexconf:error: cannot generate configuration for generating xorg.conf
Hello,
Just now finished installing Debian Sid(apt-pinned with lenny&experimental).now am using xorg,conf generated by Xorg -configure as when i try dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg detects and i answered questions and all detections went fine.but afterwards it errs out :

yes it is but it does not affect the day to day operation unless you are continuously installing the distro...i note that you are running SID and experimental....that's is what can happen in SID/Experimental....
i am mostly in sid+lenny,only few packages like upstart etc are from experimental repository.I think Sid is stable in my experiance and it is liked by me more than Ubuntu gutsy or what.
BTW,Utnubu project in Debian gave back ubuntu special packages to debian itself.that helps!
