new install, can't enable networkmanager

So just installed Arch on one of my systems after many, many, many years of not using it, but I'm having issues enabling networkmanager. I can manually astablish a connection to my ethernet using netctl, however when I try to enable networkmanager I get
Code:
Failed to start networkmanager.service: Unit networkmanager.service failed to load: No such file or directory.
However, I double checked and it is installed, so not sure why it doesn't have a systemd service file. I know the arch wiki said to check there were no conflicting services, but it doesn't appear to be any that I can see.
Code:
