E-mail Server Dropping Msgs

Hi,

I am currently running Freebsd. I am currently hosting e-mail for a few clients. I have this one client that is not recieving any mail. Now I am runniong a program call C-Panel to administor my server. Could anyone please help me out on the possiable reason why this would be happening. I have check that the domain is pointing to my dns. i have recreated the mail boxes. Do you think I should drop the whole domain and recreate it on my system. (dont really wanna do that). Any advis would be nice

Thank you in advance

Chezney
