Need codecs for 3g2 file format.

I am looking to convert some mp3's into 3g2 format so I can use them as ringtones for my phone. I have ffmpeg, and when I try to do the conversion, this is what I get:

Code:
unr3a1@unr3a1r00t:~/Desktop$ ffmpeg -i 29158.mp3 ff71.3g2
FFmpeg version SVN-rUNKNOWN, Copyright (c) 2000-2007 Fabrice Bellard, et al.
  configuration: --enable-gpl --enable-pp --enable-swscaler --enable-pthreads --enable-libvorbis --enable-libtheora
--enable-libogg --enable-libgsm --enable-dc1394 --disable-debug --enable-shared --prefix=/usr
  libavutil version: 1d.49.3.0
  libavcodec version: 1d.51.38.0
  libavformat version: 1d.51.10.0
  built on Jul 23 2008 22:38:24, gcc: 4.2.3 (Ubuntu 4.2.3-2ubuntu7)
Input #0, mp3, from '29158.mp3':
  Duration: 00:00:04.0, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 31 kb/s
  Stream #0.0: Audio: mp3, 22050 Hz, mono, 32 kb/s
Output #0, 3g2, to 'ff71.3g2':
  Stream #0.0: Audio: 0x0000, 22050 Hz, mono, 64 kb/s
Stream mapping:
  Stream #0.0 -> #0.0
Unsupported codec for output stream #0.0
unr3a1@unr3a1r00t:~/Desktop$
What do I get from apt-get to get the codecs I need? Thanks in advance.

http://discussion.treocentral.com/sh...d.php?t=106450 from my search "play 3g2 on pc" via Google. It appears to be a Quicktime file for mobile phones.
