I would like it if everytime I opened an MP3 file, instead of having it open in Audacity, I would like it to open in Real Player.
I would like another music app but they don't seem to be able to get the different bitrates.
ALSO I would like to know how to get my "taskbar" back. Ever since I played with this one application nothing seems to go up there. However, all the other users on the computer have a taskbar.
Assuming you're using Ubuntu (and not Kubuntu or Xubuntu), right-click an MP3 (any MP3), go to Properties > Open With and make sure RealPlayer has a blackened circle next to it.
For the taskbar, press Alt-F2 and type
Code:
gnome-panel
If you're missing the window list, right-click on the panel and select Add to Panel and Window List.
Sorry... wrong answer. (Stupid Smile)
right-click on the file and click properties, then click on the Open with tab, then make a screenshot and load it on a webserver and post the link here, so we can see whats up.
