SuSE 10.0 with AutoLogin Enabled?

Hello I am looking to see if I can enable AutoLogin for root, (temporary necesity to run pre-configuration scripts) and I have enabled it the AutoLogin for root in the following two files.

/opt/kde3/share/config/kdm/kdmrc
/etc/sysconfig/displaymanager

Am I missing something I was able to leave this enabled for the root user in 9.2 and 9.3.

Yast>Security & Users>User Management>Highlight the User>Choose Expert Options>Choose Login Settings

Thumbs down

I should have mentioned that I did that as well. And I used the following steps:

Control Panel -> Login Manager -> Convienience Tab -> Checked 'Enable Auto Login' for one of the users then edited the /opt/kde3/share/config/kdm/kdmrc and changed the user to 'root'.

No dice, any other idea's? I am thinking the new version from 10.0 - 10.1 may have the KDE Login automaticly filter any root auto login as invalid.

Fixed

In SuSE 10.0 and 10.1 it was moved from /opt/kde3/share/config/kdm/kdmrc to /etc/opt/kde3/share/config/kdm/kdmrc.
