Save problems? Please do this

To solve all problems related to saving, please replace the syslinux.cfg file on your system partition (typically "sdb4" or the like) with this (right-click and choose "save as"), and install Service Pack 1.

This will allow you to easily save to hard drives and the other partition on your usb stick, without having to use the "Legacy" save option.

Hi, thanks for the info.

I didn't "see" any problems, but applied the servicepack anyhow. All's good.

Will I need to re-apply the service package each time I use the (flash-drive) Studio-13.37 stick?

I have Studio-13.37 installed to my HD now, but may help later when transporting the studio(production).

Thank You! Glenn.

There aren't any major show-stopping issues, but we did get a couple of emails from people who had problems.

You can choose to save on the usb stick itself (there is room on sdb4 for a 300 mb save file, for example), and keep your installation of SP1 on your portable version that way.

PS - If you install Studio 13.37 to your hard drive, you should copy z_extras.sfs to your /root folder. That way the "Load Extras" button on the bar will still work, and you can use the included video and graphics editing software.
