Problems while installing Slackware on SCSI

I want to install Slackware 10.0 on SCSI disc from Live CD, but can't.
I had selected following
To invitation boot: adaptec.s
Kernel selection: adaptec.s/bzImage

Besides installed Lilo
1) on MBR
2) on superblock

But there is a message:
Not fount any [active partition] in HDD
What I must do??

So you could install Slackware, but the problem is with LILO, right?
Try using cfdisk (or fdisk) and set your partition to be active.
Then make sure lilo is correctly configured and update it (run lilo).

Meanwhile you can boot into your installed system by using Slackware's CD 1 and at lilo boot: prompt type: adaptec.s root=/dev/XXXX
where XXXX is your root partition.

Now it writes L 99 99 99 99 99 ....
I think that problem in disk geometry. But don't know what to write, because all documentations are for IDE disks. On "man lilo" I had read that error in second stage of loading & 99 means - invalid second stage index sector.
Please help

Boot into your install Slackware partition using the method I said above and run: /sbin/liloconfig
Configure LILO as usual, but choose Expert mode and to install to MBR.
