trying to install acidrip, problem with gtk2-1.221

This is on a Slackware 13 64 bit, with multilib.

While installing the last dependency for acidrip, i'm getting this:

Which is the last dependency?

You need perl-glib (This requires perl-extutils-depends and perl-extutils-pkgconfig) perl-cairo (This requires perl-extutils-pkgconfig, perl-extutils-depends, and
perl-test-number-delta.)and perl-gtk (This requires perl-glib and perl-cairo).
For most perl application dependencies, I usually use cpan.

Thank you! I was trying Gtk2-1.221 from cpan. when i downloaded and compiled Gtk2-1.161, it all compiled, and i was able to make install. I had also missed perl-test-number-delta, but that made no difference in my original issue.

I guess sometimes the newest isn't always the best.
