Tried to upgrade to -current in the wrong order...broke it

I have a multilib system that I am upgrading to -current. I have alienbob's packages blacklisted so I don't accidently break multilib on normal updates. So my upgrade plan was to run slackpkg (with the blacklists in place) and then upgrade the multilib packages. I now see that this plan is completely backwards. I should have upgraded the multilib packages first.
Now I get:
Code:
/bin/sh: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14' not found (required by /bin/sh)
which prevents me from running any scripts (including slackpkg)

I have a 13.37 DVD. What is the best course of action to get back to the -current upgrade?

Thanks in advance,
Eric

Boot from the install disk and install libc from the disk. Boot into single user and continue the update.

for future reference you unblacklist the multilib packages, upgrade then reinstall multilib

Ok so I tried following the robby workman guide and still couldn't upgrade the packages.

What I ended up doing was just re-installing the "a" and "l" package groups with the slackware setup. From there I rebooted and sorted out the double packages. After that I un-blacklisted the multilib packages, and retried the slackpkg upgrade to current. After completing that I upgraded the multilib packages.

Thanks all for the guidance.

Eric
