I swear I fail to understand how do you guys manage to implement such beautiful desktops with 'minimal' WM's. Wonderful.

all beautiful themes, but how do they render google and yahoo-mail? }

I always sought for a eye easy theme, but some content (PDF,some designs in graphic...) just renders "black on withe" and there is no help to that?

Any experience?

I suspect this question deserves it's own topic, but I'll suggest OCR. Then you can open it in vim with whatever colorscheme you please.

A shot of my Slack from a few weeks ago...

WARNING: the desktop image used in the link below is an artist's photograph of a young lady in the nude. It is tastefully done, in my opinion, but not everyone may agree. ~vtel

Warning for what? There was nothing distasteful or pornographic about that image. If you were offended, I'm sorry.

Regards,

Personally, I wouldn't be offended by any kind of porn, but I wouldn't full-screen this image in certain venues.

I know what you mean. The default set of icons is far from aesthetically pleasing. It simply offends me.

Seriously though, I don't know what venues you're referring to, but perhaps the problem lies with them. The image is neither disturbing nor violent nor pornographic. It'd call it beautiful. What's wrong with beauty?
