You should have little or no problem using many if not most of the SlackBuilds on current 32bit.

You will find several of my own packages that were recently compiled for 32bit as well as 64bit Slackware-current here:

Bob's 12.2 packages work very well on current32. If you're looking for tips just read his build scripts.

Could anybody give a hint how to compile qtcurve KDE3 widget style in slackware-current 64bit? I even gave up on opera for there is no qt4 version of it available for x86_64 architecture and i couldn't live with ugly menus of qt3 version of opera.

Last edited by veeall; 06-10-2009 at 03:11 PM. Reason: Widget style not kwin style - to be more precise.

I'm running kde4, but for qt3 apps(like opera, basket) a kde3 style is still required or else these apps look very outdated. I really don't want to steal this thread, so was counting on quick tip or no-no.

I've been succesfully using sbopkg in slackware 64 with few simple edits in slackbuild scripts. Couldn't compile stardict, though, also.
