Put the fonts in /usr/share/fonts/TTF
Run mkfontscale and mkfontdir in that directory
Make sure that your TTF directory is in the font-path in xorg.conf
Run fc-cache
Restart X

Kind regards

In the terminal, cd to the directory containing the TTF files
Then type
Code:
cp *.TTF /usr/share/fonts/TTF/
Kind regards

Which files did you download, and where did you put the files?
If the files (TTF or ttf) are all ready in
Quote:
/usr/share/fonts/TTF/
Then you can continue with the next steps.

Kind regards
