Fonts - parameters in -misc-arial....

Hi,

Trying to edit me Eterm configuration with some success,
I was wondering what all the parameters in the font definition mean.
eg:

-misc-helonia-medium-r-normal--10-116-75-75-p-10-iso8859-15

I know the 10 means the font size, and the iso part i understand too.
I imagine the other parameters are to do with scaling or font sizes.
Can anyone tell me what these mean?

Cheers.
Also on as another quick question, anyone know how to stop Eterm spreading out the fonts so that the chars are so far apart?
I might just put this in another thread... but if you happen to know that would be cool.
