tigervnc-server-1.1.0-5.el6.x86_64 is running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4 (Santiago)

Using a vnc client for windows. I am able to connect to the vncserver but I just get the background screen at the vnc client. I didn't see any icon or toolbar of the redhat desktop.

The xstartup file is like the below:
