Unhappy Samba, can access [home] but no other shares, RHEL4

Hi all,

Excuse my noob-ness.

From my WinXP desktop I can connect to my [home] folder on my AD security RHEL4 server.

However I cannot connect to any other share on that server. When I try I'm presented with a login requester but no credentials work, ie. root or and AD user a/c.

The server successfully joined AD. Beyond that I'm not certain how to diagnose the problem.

Here are a couple of results:

wbinfo -u --domain=AD
Error looking up domain users

** not sure why it's showing the machinename here **

tail -f /var/log/samba/10.31.66.32.log

Could be SELinux. Temporarily disable SELinux with "setenforce 0" (that's a zero) and try it. Then re-enable with "setenforce 1".

This may help solve the issue from there http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SELinux/samba

SELinux is already set to 'permissive'.
