Hanging on boot up

We lost power the other day. I had a hard crash on an older RH 7.3 server. It would not boot past the point where it says to hit 'y' to force a file system check.
So I figured this was a good time to upgrade it to AS 3.0.
AS 3.0 installed with no problems, however after the install it will always hang while booting at: Finding Modules Dependancies.

I can't get past this point. Anyone have a clue what I can do to force it to move on?
