Multiplatform sound library for Gtk app

Hey all,

I'm writing a Gtk application and I want some sounds in it. Nothing major, just the odd sample played when a button is clicked and the like. I'm trying to make this app multiplatform - it's written in C++ using GTKMM (the C++ bindings for Gtk - versions for both windows and linux exist though I'm programming in linux). Is there any multiplatform audio library that would suit my purpose?

Cheers,

Kk
