How to window stack layer low likes desktop


How to window stack layer low kikes desktop???

I tried using xlib and Qt lib

Atom atom;
atom=XInternAtom(QX11Ifo::display(), "_NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_DESKTOP", FALSE);

XChangeProperty(QX11Info::display(), this->winId(), XInternAtom(NULL,
"_NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE", FALSE), XA_WINDOW, 32, PropModeReplace, (unsigned char*)&atom, 1);


but I got an error message

localhost kernel : Desktop[13081]: segfault at 4d0 ip 07c6e328
sp bffb0ca0 error 4 in libX11.so.6.2.0[7c4a000+f8000]

I don't know how to do
