how and where to configure "You have a new Mail"


how and where to configure "You have a new Mail" upon login, for all the users when ever they get a new mail.

In /etc/profile using biff which depends upon comsat

man biff

Oops, just checked - not exactly what I thought it was - doesn't seem to affect the initial login so it must be something else...
