Not all MS OS's are equivalent. Any x86 OS that runs in protected mode will not support the use of BIOS interrupts. See my prior post that explains why you can compile the code, but not link it. Simply having the header file(s) is not enough to build a runnable executable. You need to have the code library that instantiates the declared function(s).
You have been given the correct advice numerous times in this thread. It would serve you well to heed it.
