You can download the source and compile your own.
To make it easier, there might be a config file on your system that Mandrake used to build the stock kernel. On Fedora and RedHat, they're usually in /boot . If there is one, after you copy the source and untar it to /usr/src/linux-2.6 , copy the config file to that directory and name it .config . Then when you start "make [menu,x,old]config", it will get loaded in as the base. You can start your config from a kernel you know will at least boot.
