Difference between Mandrake 10.1 community edition and Mandrake 10.1 official edition

Does anyone know the difference between Mandrake 10.1 community edtion(i got it from a magazine called linux format) and mandrake 10.1 official edition? If i am repeating the question i am sorry. Thanks in advance.
