I found them very unapproachable when I first bought Mandy 8.2, no phone number, no address, just email. I still don't know where the company is based! I did join mandrakeexpert.com with 30 days free paid support because I had bought a box. It was pretty useless. On a modem I couldn't even connect to the site at the weekend. When I did get through if the problem was slightly unusual they didn't even respond. The following subjects never got responded to;
fsck,
speedtouch modem,
login permissions,
ftp download limit,
kernel source location,
gtk-pango.
If I have a problem now I come here or justlinux.
