[SOLVED] Why can't my iPhone browser give me a posting box in the Newbie intro forum?

Why am I having so much difficulty posting with Safari from my iPhone 4S?

try with other browser, there should be plenty of them for iPhone.

Why would you ask that question on a Linux Forum. Doesn't Apple have forums? This seems strange to me.
