I have tried again and again, but whenever I click on 'post a poll' I'm getting thrown back to the forum page view and not to the poll creation option and my thread has not got created. Is there any problem or has the option to create polls been taken away from the regular members?

It's all related to my old problems! Unfortunately I haven't solved the cache problem I had earlier and this seems to once again be the source.
I am still getting outdated pages whenever I browse at LQ. I must manually refresh several times to get the latest page. Even after refreshing, the next time I visit, I get the old pages again!! I cleared the cache and everything!
Posting works fine, but suddenly the session expires for no reason whatsoever
This still happens only on LQ and not on boards where phpBB is running (strange, but true). On phpBB based forums (including my own ) I am not having any problems displaying the latest pages.
Cookies have been enabled both in the browser and in my profile.
What could I do to solve this problem?!
