Change notification defaults...

Hello,

Is there anyway to set the "Email Notification" default to "No email notification"?

I know you can specify that when creating a new thread, doing a "regular" response to a thread, and quoting someone while posting a response. But when you do a "quick reply" it defaults it to "Daily email notification". Is there a way to default it to "No email notification"? Thanks
