Unhappy event notification for resolution change??

TOP URGENT !!!!!...

Hi

Please,, please help me to solve the below

1. I am writing a small setup program in c++ for linux for touch
screen configuration

2. The problem here is, when the user chages the screen resolution, my setup program must automatically prompt user to
configure again for setup.

3. How to detect the change in resolution.

4. Any event, which notifies the resolution change ??. I can use this event to prompt the user .

Note : My program is always running in the background

Please help me...

Thanks in advance
