Hi there, welcome to LQ!

If you're a Linux user, or looking to become one, or just want to hang around and read/learn about the GNU/Linux operating system(s), you're in the right place.

So, it took you 15 minutes to get here - from where?

Dude...... Dave's not here right now.

It can't be the bios clock. They don't go back that far unless you are on a mainframe.

To get where? 15 minutes? Your time machine needs to be adjusted.

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

I'm afraid. I'm afraid, Dave. Dave, my mind is going. I can feel it. I can feel it. My mind is going. There is no question about it. I can feel it. I can feel it. I can feel it. I'm a... fraid.

Hi Dave,

I'm not quite as old as you, but it's taken me even longer, and I'm still not sure if its where I need to be! Seems like I'm supposed to post something though.

When I click on Tutorials or Articles there doesn't appear to be anything there. Guess I'll keep looking.

Cheers,
John

How do you identify if someone is a bot ? and if the above two people are bots then since they are not advertising anything, what is their point in posting here ?

Hi Anisha,

Thanks for the link, which I guess I had seen before, but I've found the layout a bit confusing. All I seemed to be finding were tutorials on using the website, but not the sort of Linux information I expected. I guess its because I'm a bot.

Cheers,
John

I've just found the Thanks button, so I apologise if I seemed rude for not using it earlier!

No need to apologize , I've edited my post 13, added another link there. The first one is more important.
