64bit windows driver for ndiswrapper

Hi,
I managed to install ndiswrapper 1.13 to run with 64-bit Suse 10 on AMD64. But ndiswrapper demands an 64-bit Windows driver for my card. Since those are not likely to exist - ist there a workaround in tricking ndiswrapper into using the 32 bit driver?

wireless card is speedtouch121g-USB stick (Thomson-Alcatel).
driver is reffered to as "Prism_A021" in the "bt4501g.inf" file

http://www.speedtouch.com/support.htm shows that a Windows XP 64-bit driver does exist.

Code:
wget http://www.speedtouch.com/software/ST330/R400/Installers/Windows/SpeedTouch330seriesR4.0.0.5.exe

this was for the 300 device not my 121g.
Any workarounds emulating 32 bits for the adapter?
Any devices with this same Prism chip that have 64bit drivers?

Cheers
