ndiswrapper can't initialize device using windows driver

HI,
I installed ndiswrapper on my computer and I installed the driver for my card. I ran "modprobe ndiswrapper" then I ran "iwconfig" to see if I could see the card. I couldn't. I checked dmesg, and I saw something saying that ndiswrapper couldn't initialize the device using the windows drivers. I need help. Oh and by the way, I'm using a Netgear MA111V2 usb.

Are you using the driver suggested by the ndsiwrapper site or are you using something else?

My card wasn't on the site, I used the driver from the Netgear site.

Sorry, I had missed that you replied.....

Anyway, I did a little googling, and getting this to work may be a bitch. It is distinctly possible that it won't work with ndiswrapper. The main problem is that the fun-loving engineers at Netgear changed the chipset in this thing from the reasonbly well supported Prism to some backwater SIS chipset. I found a thread that points to a potential driver, but from the discussion I've seen it doesn't work for everyone.

By the way, I'd send a nice, long rant to Netgear for making this boneheaded decision.
