winecfg - Alsa does NOT see 'Mixer Devices' / Sound comes out of speakers (not headp)

In this picture here is the problem:

I need it to pick up my mixer devices or I can not use alsa for anything with a microphone.

Alternatively, when using OGG if I tell it to come out of my headphones the sound comes out of my speakers. No option fixes this. Possibly because both my sound devices are called "USB Audio" ? (usb headset + speakers plugged into external usb sound card)

I just unplugged my USB sound card and restarted.

Now this is what I see:

It doesn't make any sense...
