UDEV error [1280] ... OOM: no such file or directory.
This error occurs if /proc is not mounted when udefd gets loaded by init.
Or system files of the kernel are not present in /proc, so after a new compiled kernel.
Make sure your kernel suports this file systems: /proc, /sys, /dev/pts, /tmp.
