text-based browser with SOCKS support?


I'm looking for a text or curses based web browser like links2 that supports SOCKS proxy servers. links2 supports http proxy but I don't think thats what I need. The proxy server is dante and I need something to test it locally. Any other recommendations?

socksify the browser.
