Arrow Firebox based browser

i am a big fan of firefox.. as millions of others who use it. but i see that its quite resource hungry and is a bit slow on my PIII 800 MHz system sometimes.
Recently i heard of these firefox based browser flock. was just wondering that do firefox plugins/extensions work on firefox based browsers? i am looking for an alternative to firefox in my LFS system. it would be great if somebody has more suggestions for a firefox based browser

From their FAQ:
Quote:
Our current download is currently quite a bit larger than the current Firefox download size and has very similar system requirements, but not bloated.
How is this any less resource hungry than Firefox?
I am not trying to be provocative here, it just seems like that particular software doesn't fit your requirements.
I can't think of anythink more lightweight than Firefox excpet Dillo, w3m or lynx. Or, fromwhat I hear DeerPark is faster-loading upcoming version of Firefox.
