Not getting much help I see blaine...

I am also having this same problem.. Im on a CentOS server using Webmin and will be using some of the advice other posters here have provided you...

One question tho...

Baronobeefdip had a point that I do not see you stating you did or not:
uninstall webmin and apaches and lets start over

Did you REMOVE APACHE, then REMOVE WEBMIN and start all over by installing WEBMIN first?

I see you stating you removed webmin, but this does not necessarily mean you removed Apache. I am going to try this now, beings I believe I actually installed Apache BEFORE webmin.. so I am going to try his advice now. Will also be installing the VirtualMin, which is an addition to WebMin. I will let you know how it goes, but let me know how you removed everything when you said you started over.
