Apache 2 and Webmin

Ive got Apache 2 installed on Mandrake 9.1 and Webmin wont work with it.. Webmin wants me to enter the Apache server root directory so it can find the file httpd.conf ... The problem is that Webmin wants httpd.conf and apache (Cos its apache 2) uses the file httpd2.conf instead... Webmin, as a result, wont work wtih apache 2.... Any suggestions?
