Question Redhat 7 to redhat 9

Hello, my name is Dexter and I am fairly new to Linux and to Redhat.
I was recently asked to upgrade from Radhat 7 to Radhat 9 for my ISP, and yes my ISP calls on me to do some of there work even though I am 17. Anyway, as I said I am new to Linux and redhat., I was wondering if anyone out there had suggestions on the best way to go about upgrading, anything to avoid or be careful with. Any help would be appreciated.

Search this board for threads on apt4rpm, in combination with synaptic the update to 9 will be very easy.

i would back up the data you want to save and then do a fresh installation of RH9.
