Problems with Skype and ISA HTTP proxies

Does anyone know how to configure Skype 1.3.0beta to use a Microsoft ISA HTTP proxy? I can't access the Options dialog to configure it because I can't log in, mainly because I need to set the proxy config!

I did find the XML files that Skype uses but I don't know how to parse them - if I can edit them and then start the program to use the new settings, that would be helpful.
