PHP 5.1.2 / Apache 2.2 / SQLite install error on FC4

All I want to do is have an apache server with PHP and MySQL/SQLite. I downloaded the latest versions of both from their websites to compile from source.

I compiled Apache with the configure flag:
Code:
./configure --enable-mods-shared=all
It compiles, installs, and runs.

I compiled PHP with the configure flag:
Code:
./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs
It compiles and installs, but when I restart apache it gives the following error:

Code:
 ./apachectl restart
httpd: Syntax error on line 103 of /usr/local/apache2/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so into server:
/usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so:
undefined symbol: sqlite3AlterFinishAddColumn
I have the latest version of SQLite and SQLite-Devel installed already. What's going on?

OK, so after adding --without-sqlite to ./configure, I recompile, then reinstall. It gives me the same error. I finally did away with all that and installed Apache and PHP via YUM. That halfed worked. It installed, and I could easily get MySQL working, but once again no SQLite.

So I tried "pecl install sqlite". It downloads, runs config, then fails to compile.

This is absurdly frustrating. Does anyone know of a precompiled binary of sqlite for php?

The problem is fixed.

I went around this problem by installing xampp, which is available from http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html. Xampp is like a virtual server suite, and took almost no effort at all to get installed and running.
