is it happening because of i have installed 32 xampp on 64 bit machine? if so then where can i find the 64 bit xampp

You've essentially asked this question three times now:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ng-4175444456/
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ng-4175443788/
First, if it WAS working before you uncommented that line...have you
tried putting the comment back in???. Second, you don't post the rest of your configuration, or any error(s) you're seeing with Apache startup and Oracle, so it's hard to diagnose. And did you look on Google, for how to run xampp 32 bit on a 64bit machine????
http://preprocess.me/how-to-run-xampp-on-64-bit-linux
...or looked on the Oracle and Apache forums?
https://forums.oracle.com/forums/thr...ageID=10751784

And is there a reason you're using XAMPP, when there is already 64bit LAMP support available?
