No Machines NX problem

Unfortunatly there is not alot of documentation about this product but I have the trial single user server. It installs fine but then I get this error. I figure it is a permissions thing but I dont know what user or group is trying to write to my home directory.

--------------------------->
NXSERVER version: 1.2.2-86
Wed Oct 8 17:23:20 2003 running as user: 'root' (uid: 0) on 'Tiamat'
pid: 1251
operation: server add user ssh public key
function: add key
error: node ssh keys manager: add server ssh public keys to user: Directory '/home/nrunge' have bad permissions, must be 0700..
node init: no arguments passed by command line.
nxssh command line: 'su - nrunge -c '/usr/NX/bin/nxnode --setkey''.
nxssh command stdin: nothing.
NX> 534 Error: add server users ssh public key fail
